Sip & Create Stencils with Robert Placky

Join us on Thursday,October 15, from 6:30–8:30 PM for our monthly Sip & Create event at the Tappahannock Artists Guild!

Instructor Robert Placky will guide participants in designing and creating stencils for use in art projects.

Participants will get to leave with their stencils.
